    When will my postcard order arrive?

    All postcard orders ship in the last week of each month and usually arrive within 2-12 calendar days depending on where you live. Check our website for any updates or possible delays.

     

    Is there tracking for my postcard order?

    Postcard orders are shipped with stamps and therefore do not include tracking information or shipping confirmation emails beyond your initial order confirmation.

     

    How can I cancel my subscription or update my mailing address?

    Cancel your subscription or give us any updated info anytime by emailing contact@unluckywishes.com

    How can I update my card information?

    Please email contact@unluckywishes.com to cancel your subscription. And then you

    can resubscribe with your new card information.

    How can I switch jewelry types for my subscription?

    To switch jewelry types please email contact@unluckywishes.com to cancel your

    current subscription and then resubscribe to the jewelry type you would like to receive.
